Hi Rosie,

I know I never met you personally however you were contracted through our planner to make my wedding cake (and cupcakes) back in March 2007.  Things were really hectic after the wedding and I never got to personally thank you for your services. I can't begin to tell you how pleased I was with our wedding cake. Not only was it delicious (I even brought some on our honeymoon), but it was even more beautiful than I ever expected. I had saved that picture from a Martha Stewart magazine cover for years!!!! The cake was a really important element to me and you nailed it. I just wanted you to know how much it meant to have "my dream cake".

You can not even begin to imagine the results of what you created.  I had one mother standing in front of it with her mouth wide open for at least ten minutes... and I'm NOT exaggerating. People that weren't even with the party were coming over to see what the crowd around it was looking at and the crowd would grow larger and larger...no joke. There was a line of people waiting for a slice..I couldn't cut it fast enough.  NEVER had I seen children dying to have cake- INSANE.  The only thing I regret is not had your cards there because I had to give out your number like mad.  BTW, I only had your cell phone so, be prepared. Thank you soooooooooooooooooooooooo much for making my daughter so happy.  She is one of the most shy children you'll ever meet and she actually asked me to call you, so she could tell you how much she loved the cake.  I was shocked that she did that, but that's how happy she was:)
